1. 0x4Cd…F7F: 2 Millions from trading $AVAX

This wallet has generated $2.2 million in profit from trading a single token: $AVAX. Across 60 positions on this asset, they've maintained an impressive 80% win rate—achieving 4 successful trades for every loss.

Here are the key stats for this wallet:

• PnL: Over $3 Million on both GMX and Hyperliquid

• Runtime: 564 days

• Win Rate: 80% on GMX

• Average Leverage: 7-11x

• Average Volume: $1,469,664

As a veteran trader who began on GMX Exchange in September 2023, they employ a swing trading strategy, holding positions for several days while actively adjusting them based on market movements. Even though they do both long and short positions, their most significant profits come from short trades, including their largest gain of $610K from shorting $AVAX from $20.14 to $17.87 on March 2025.

Since early 2025, this wallet has shifted its focus to the Hyperliquid network, actively trading large-cap tokens while reducing activity on GMX. According to Debank, the majority of its assets on Arbitrum blockchain are now on Hyperliquid Exchange ($377K), with minimal holdings remaining on GMX. Currently, the wallet has an open short position on Hyperliquid for $INIT token at $0.7651, yielding about $74K at the time of writing.

On the Avalanche blockchain, the wallet maintains $100K of collateral on GMX for its $AVAX-only strategy. It is also holding a short position on $AVAX that opened 22 days ago at an average price of $20.1359, currently showing a $17K profit.

Their trading style is complemented by their diverse selection of smaller—hence more volatile—tokens, which offer more trading opportunities compared to large-cap assets.

The system is developed by Copin to maintain stability and prevent potential exploitative behavior targeting perpetual DEXs. It helps perp DEXs receive early warnings and take timely actions against suspicious activities that could impact the fund or the system. Currently, Copin offers this solution to the perp DEXs integrated within its ecosystem.

Last month, Copin identified four abnormal cases that posed direct risks and promptly alerted our partners and made public disclosures. Two incidents were addressed on time, while the other two resulted in significant losses:

• KTX Finance: Detected two wallets exploiting approximately $100K from KLP.

• Aster DEX: Detected over 20 wallets exploiting an estimated $200K.

2. Copy Trading Activity

Copy trading remains one of the key use cases trusted by our community. With the recent seamless updates brought by Copin Lite, there were over 17.7K orders executed last month. Additionally, users' profits grew by more than $33.5K tracked through Copin, highlighting the tangible value that Copin's data provides.

3. System Enhancements

1. Alert BOT: Our upgraded Alert BOT is designed for traders who need to act in real time. With a lightning-fast on-chain data fetch speed of just 300 milliseconds, the BOT delivers critical alerts as they happen — giving users a decisive edge in volatile markets.

1. Navigate to API Management: After logging in, click your wallet address in the top right corner and select API Management.

2. Generate API: This is where we create the API on ApeX platform for trading purposes. Users can configure it as follow:

• Fill in the API name: Copin for example

• API type: “Trade” (by default)

• IP Address Access: Unrestricted (Less Secure) (by default)

• Select Confirm

Important: The API details will only be displayed once! Save your API Key, Passphrase, and Secret for easy integration with Copin.

3. Generate Omni Key:

• Check “I understand” box and click Next

• Copy and save the Omni Key

After generating the API, you can now use ApeX for trading on Copin. Complete the following steps on Copin's platform:

1. Copin Wallet Management: go to Wallet Management from Copin’s website or using this link.

2. Navigate ApeX Exchange: Select ApeX Exchange from the list and click on Connect

It's time to harness the power of the Copin copy trading platform. Using Copin, you can perform in-depth market research on tens of thousands of traders across 57 DEXes from various blockchains.

After connecting your wallet with Copin, you can start searching for profitable traders in the Trader Explorer tab. Once you've identified a smart money wallet you'd like to copy, use the Copy Trader button to monitor and copy their perpetual trading activities.

2. Setup your first trade

Once you click on Copy Trader, a popup window appears. Here you can customize all aspects of your trades, including which exchange to place your order on, how much capital to deploy, and what leverage to use. Let's walk through the basic settings for copy trades:

1. Pick the Exchange: Select ApeX or another option from the dropdown menu.

2. Allocate funds for each trade: "Margin Per Order" determines how much you want to spend on each trade.

3. Set the "Leverage": Once set, your trading positions will be multiplied by this amount. Each exchange has its own policies regarding maximum leverage. In the case of ApeX, you can set this number as high as 100.

4. Maximum Amount Per Trade: The "Maximum Position Margin" sets a limit on the position size for the trade.

5. Advanced Setting: This section lets you fine-tune your trade setup and customize your strategy. You can set Stop Loss & Take Profit levels and adjust various other trading parameters.

6. Check the T&C: Remember to check the "Copytrading Service Agreement" box to acknowledge your consent

3. Manage and Monitor

1. Up-to-date with the Alphas:

Whenever a Smart Money makes a move, you will receive a notification via Telegram. This means that you are being update in real time without having to constantly monitor the app.

• Go to Alert by clicking your wallet in the top right corner, or access it directly through this link.

• By default, all wallets being copy-traded are grouped under "Copied Traders" for notifications.

• Customize the Alert Trigger.

• Set up the delivery channel where you want to receive trade notifications.

2. Manage Positions:

• Navigate to API Wallet from the top right corner dropdown menu (1)

• Select the wallet you want to review. You can monitor multiple wallets simultaneously. The window displays key information for each wallet: balance, total trading volume, total PnL, and the number of Smart Money traders being copied. (2)

• All open positions from the selected wallets appear under "Opening Positions" (3). Here you can monitor the current PnL, margin, and leverage level for each active trade.

• Copied wallets are also visible in this window (2). Users can activate or deactivate any copied wallet using the toggle switch on the left side.

3. Trade History:

From the same window, you can access the History tab, which displays records of all historical trades and their respective PnL. This allows you to review the performance of copied wallets and refine your copy trading strategy.

In case you wish to analyze a single trade further, you can do so by simply clicking on it to open a new popup window. This is where you can study all details regarding this trade, including a chart showing the trade’s duration, the price action and PnL from opening to closing.

Trader Explorer is one of Copin's main features. This interface lets you search for wallets by adjusting various parameters. The platform showcases its vast library of data from more than 2 Million Trader Profiles across 20+ blockchains.

1. Navigate to Trader Explorer from the Copin App.

2. Choose a research timeframe: This setting determines how far back you want to analyze trading data. You can view statistics from the last 7 days, 30 days, or the entire lifetime of the wallet(s).

3. Choose which DEX (or DEXs) to research: While "All DEXs" is selected by default, you can narrow your search to a specific exchange if you're hunting for whales on a particular platform. With a model capable of generating massive profits and meeting the growing demand for on-chain adoption, perpetual DEXs have become the "golden child" of DeFi. As new chains emerge, the number of perpetual DEXs continues to grow, drawing liquidity into the DeFi ecosystem.

Keeping pace with this expansion, Copin prioritizes integration to provide users with the data they need and the insights into the market values. In December, our team dedicated all efforts to ramping up integration.

1. Integrated the Live Trade page

Designed to provide transparency and allow users to easily track the entire trading process, enables you to monitor the activities of traders on across most top perpetual DEXs in real-time.

Copin provides information on:

• Live Orders: Allows users to look at the details of daily orders, including order actions, direction (Long/Short), leverage, and order size.

• Live Positions: Provides information on open and closed positions, with data on market, leverage, margin level, profit/loss (PnL), and transaction time.

With Live Trades, you will gain a more detailed and comprehensive view of the trading performance of other traders. This makes it easier to make informed decisions and adjust your strategies as needed.

2. Optimized UX/UI for the DCP management page

The DCP management page has been redesigned for better usability, separating features for decentralized copy trading (gTrade) from API-based copy trading wallets. This ensures a more focused and efficient user experience.

3. Additional improvements

Copin continues to refine features for enhanced user convenience, including:

• Improved UX/UI for traders operating on multiple protocols.

• Optimized selection of multiple trading pairs.

• Free users can now open copy trades with a cap of $500/trader.
